Products are manufactured at a GMP-compliant facility in Cincinnati, Ohio, with documented Standard Operating Procedures for every stage, from raw material receipt through batch release.
The Cincinnati location handles formulation, blending, filling, packaging and quality assurance for all formulated products.
Every product carries a lot code linking it back through the batch record, ingredient lot numbers, suppliers and, in most cases, the farm or harvest origin.
One lot code traces in both directions: a finished product back to its ingredients, and an ingredient lot forward to every product it went into. In place since 2011.
Suppliers are vetted on traceability, growing practice and analytical purity, and provide Certificates of Analysis with every shipment, matched against a written specification.
Specifications are written before a material is sourced. Approval is conditional and reviewed at set intervals; a supplier that drifts is removed. Where warranted, that extends to farm visits and harvest verification.
